Have you ever seen the Geico Commercial where the man is trying to save money by collect calling his family when his wife and him have a child? He calls himself "Bob Wehadababyitsaboy" and his father denies the collect call? Well, I guess that is kind of the topic of this post.
I had a baby, its a boy.
Jericho was born June 3, 2011 weighing 7lbs 14.9oz and was 20.5 inches long.
It has been a whirlwind month and I am struggling with sleep deprivation and loving every minute of being a Mommy. Jericho is having a freak sleep all day spell so I am catching up on blogging. When you are a mother, you worry about everything, I'm worried about his long naps today (he's been up for an hour) and I'm worried what tonight will bring if he continues with these wonderful naps. I got an adequate amount of sleep last night, so I don't feel up for a nap, but I certainly don't want to do the dishes or clean the house because that would wake him up and probably ruin this thing he has going on.
I will leave you with my brief check-in and we'll just call this my "I had a baby its a boy" post.
